Along with the computer technology, network technology and the Internet of things technology rapid development, especially in the area of embedded ARM to launch the first for the ARMv7architecture as well as tuning based architecture since the A8, due to the ARM processor performance and power efficiency is increased, thus led to live, work,study the intelligent has become inevitable trend of the development of, and smart home, remote control, warehousing and so on all has entered people’s working life. So you have more idea on warehouse management environment, hope intelligent warehouse management, efficient and real-time, to reduce the artificial burden, improve efficiency, also need to be able to fire alarm to ensure normal and safe environment.Warehousing iot system is combined with Internet of things technology, embedded technology,3g technology for storage of the three technology to achieve the intelligent management and control, warehouse network centralized control and management and greatly improve the efficiency of warehouse management, reduce the human and maintenance costs, access to storage system for remote monitoring and has significantly increased the probability of risk and hazard found warehouse, greatly reduce the danger and disaster from happening.Front-end control system at the core of warehousing iot control system is a storage and networking in the central part of the Internet of things system, is also the difficult point of system design. This topic is the main task of the development board based on the core S5PC100design on control end and the data acquisition end through the Zigbee protocol data interaction, explore the method of reduce the Zigbee module receives the packet error rate and data processing method, implementing WEB pages in the face of the real-time monitoring of data.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the Zigbee module, by means of point-to-point handshake to establish a connection to warehouse monitoring nodes on the network, the data loss problem in the process of data transmission through the checksum algorithm on the level of software optimization, through the analysis of the data, the data are classified. In the process of data processing, the data between threads mutexes for protection of the atomic operations, through the communication between different processes for data transmission.
