To strengthen the effective management of solid waste in Tianjin city, prevention and control of solid waste pollution has become one of the focus of environmental protection work in Tianjin city. In view of this situation, for the construction of promotion of Tianjin municipal solid waste management, improve solid waste management level and efficiency, improve solid waste management system, construction needs to carry out solid waste management information system.System of Internet technology platform and workflow engine based on the support of Tianjin city, strict control of waste management licensing, electronic waste and medical waste of network, digital, intelligent management, implementation of Tianjin city, district/county two levels of solid waste management flow of information, standardization, perfect the Tianjin municipal solid waste management and information management range, improving the level of supervision management of solid waste, to provide technical support for the relevant decision making, so as to promote the balanced development of Tianjin city social economy and resource environment.The system adopt the mining algorithms and rules of scientific data, from the mass data mining valuable or beneficial to solid waste management and decision data, set up data warehouse and database.
