E-government Cloud In The Community-based Information Management

The ultimate goal of administrative cloud applications is to have aunified and effective scientific planning in a variety of communityinformation management system, to avoid redundant construction.There isnot yet a government cloud solution well integrated and optimizedinformation technology resources within the community, but only toestablish a specific information technology solutions, and the completion ofa particular community management tasks. In this paper, considering aboutcharacteristics of government network, with an efficient community ofinformation management as a starting point and a district building "ChiefCloud smart community" for the application background, research andgovernment cloud platform framework for to design applicationmanagement model developed based on a set of administrativecloudcommunity information management platform, and designed theadministrative cloud platform-based government information publiclymodule. This paper research:1. Think on community-based information management application byadministrative cloud, paper analyzes trends of administrative cloud. Papergeneralize administrative cloud core development, as well ascommunity-based information management, the drawbacks of traditionalcommunity information system and determine demand of administrativecloud.it explore the model of cloud in the management of communityinformation service.2.Using Google cloud platform solutions to develop administrative cloud community-based information management platform and design coremodules.it solve the problem of the field existing hardware, software, data,and other resources are not fully integrated and optimized.3. By an administrative cloud in the community management ofapplication cases, to explore the optimization solutions for cloud in thedirection of community information management applications. Paperexplore the direction and gain experience for future large-scalee-government cloud building.
