A Research Of Livestock Meat Food Safety Traceability System Based On Closed Operation Model Of Supply Chain

As people living standard rise, food, especially livestock meat, safety problem more andmore get the attention of people. However, livestock meat food safety incidents, such as madcow disease, dioxins, foot-and-mouth disease, clenbuterol, fake lamb, horse meat storm, etc.often occur in recent years, which make the food safety under challenge and consumerconfidence is shaken.In this paper, analysised research progress and application status of livestock meat foodtraceability system, based on existing theoretical research, constructed livestock meat foodsafety traceability system on the basis of supply chain closed operation model. ElaboratedSafety traceability system concrete operation mode from the management level, designed thelogo and integratedly control it from the technical level, discussed the implementation processof system from the concrete application level.Firstly, constructed closed operation model for livestock meat supply chain, by thecombination of passive and active closing, closed. Passive closed operation mode leaded bygovernment formed "closed circle on every node enterprise", shaping good marketenvironment for livestock meat food supply chain, active closed operation model leaded bycore enterprise realized "network closed circle", forming a active defence mechanism forlivestock meat safety and security problems on supply chain.Secondly, designed livestock meat food safety traceability system, constructed systemfunction module and the operation process based on livestock meat supply chain closedoperation model, and build safety traceability index system, designed individual logo,integratedly controlled the logo, from the technical level.Finally, discussed the implementation process of livestock meat food safety traceabilitysystem, including the preliminary implementation of the system, hardware and softwaresupport, as well as the typical case analysis.The paper put the livestock meat safety as the research object, the foothold is design andimplementation of the livestock meat food safety traceability system, to control the qualityand safety of meat production process, to implemented supervision on whole course,"cantrace origin, can query situation, can verify reasons, can investigate responsibility", toimprove security capabilities for meat and enhance consumer confidence in meatconsumption.
