Food safety traceability plays an irreplaceable role for the health of people and the whole social stability and development. It is an important measure of food safety risk management, is an effective technology to sell the whole supply chain control, food safety production, once a part of a problem, can be traced back to the source, find the problem and effective governance. Food safety traceability of our country belongs to the starting stage, a lot of ideas and the model is not advanced, the current situation of the development of food safety traceability system description of our country, summarize the domestic food safety traceability system requirements, and analyzes its feasibility, clear the system to function of the realization of what, to the entire food safety traceability system in accordance with the the software engineering process is analyzed and realized, in accordance with the user interface style, operation huotuitom design, friendly interface, and the entire system to conduct a comprehensive test, to achieve unified food safety traceability system is convenient, safe, reliable.In this paper, ham food safety traceability as research direction, the realization of the ham traceability information recording based on RFID technology, combined with network technology and embodiment, realized safety information available throughout the whole ham, ham food traceability management system using RFID technology, coding and encryption technology, network and database technology, the function module as the basic unit, collection, processing, integration, storage of data, carries on the demand analysis to the system each function module, sorting out the functional module and the process, detailed design, concept design and logical structure design of database, complete the design and the corresponding relationship between each table in the database, the last unit the test and the test of the entire system of functional modules, realized the function of the system. The whole system uses the B/S architecture design and implementation, using Microsoft Visual Studio and ASP.NET as the system development tool logic and interface development, database using SQL Server2005, which is composed of a relational database management system developed by Microsoft, which has a good interface, in the Windows platform has been used widely, powerful, the rich library developers, can greatly reduce the difficulty, improve work efficiency, save development time and cost of development.The system uses the black box testing method, detailed tests were conducted in accordance with module partition of the system, test case design of each function module, find loopholes in the system, improve the relevant code, allow users to participate in the system test, and the users of the modifications and upgrades, to achieve a comprehensive test system, to ensure the system to normal operation, improve the users of the software quality confidence, to ensure the reliability of the user.At the end of the project are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of ham food safety traceability system, for software upgrade ready.
