Research On Key Technologies Of Traceability System For Meat Food Safety Circulation

Food safety concerns the well-being of people's livelihood,and people are paying more and more attention to food safety,especially for the safety of meat food.Due to the increasingly separation of meat production and consumption,the complexity of supply system and the lack of formal regular transmission of information,it is difficult for consumers to find out whether it is safe from the surface of meat products.At present,as an effective means of safety management,the meat circulation traceability system has been paid more and more attention by the Ministry of Commerce.Since 2011,the pilot country has been carrying out 5 batches,a total of 58 meat traceability pilot cities.As the first and most important city in Hangzhou,there have been a lot of problems.Based on the investigation of traceability system of pork circulation in Hangzhou,this paper makes an empirical analysis from pig slaughtering and wholesale to farmers' trade and finds out the problems of the system itself and its operation.Based on this,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the key technologies of Web Service,WeChat program MINA framework and Blockchain.The main research contents and implementation results are as follows:(1)By analyzing the existing standard system of meat food in China,drawing on the advantages of the foreign food safety standard system and combining the actual situation of the meat traceability in Hangzhou,this paper puts forward the suggestion of the framework of the traceability standard system for meat circulation,and provides a reference for improving the standard system of food safety in China.(2)The advantages of service oriented architecture and the process of meat traceability business are analyzed,The Web Service structure of SOA thought is applied to the business logic layer of the traceability system,and the standard Web service interface is designed and issued to obtain the traceability information in the way of calling the interface.(3)Through the analysis of the two-dimensional code technology,Throughthe analysis of two-dimensional code technology and the combination of QR code and WeChat small program,the function of the fast reading of the traceability information can be realized.Therefore,the WeChat small program query system based on the QR code is developed and realized.(4)By comparing and analyzing the traditional central data structure and the distributed data structure of the blockchain,a new data model of the meat circulation traceability system based on the blockchain technology is proposed,and an ether traceability system for the meat circulation is constructed.Square blockchain network,using local Remix service environment,writing smart contracts,deploying and testing results on private connections.
