From the1990s, microelectromechanical gyro has civil products in a wide rangeof applications, some applications in low accuracy inertial navigation product. Foreignmicroelectron-mechanical gyroscope offset stability long stay in1°/h or so, thedomestic level is only10°laboratory/h or so. Microelectron-mechanical gyroscopereduced size one order of magnitude, precision reduce three orders of magnitude. In thiscontext, the liquid float rotor of a microgyroscope thought arises at the historic moment.The thesis in Harbin industrial university MEMS center based on the nano effectinterface liquid float rotor declined gyro natural science foundation and nano effect ofliquid based on interface float rotor declined gyro to study the national key research anddevelopment plans, under the support of the rotor of liquid float microgyroscope drivetechnology a preliminary exploration research. Paper main work is as follows:1. Float rotor of liquid microgyroscope drive structure is simulated, and comparingthe different structure of the influence of the magnetic field of the stator and rotor withdifferent size in the liquid to turn the simulation results of the performance, andproposed several different structure, and is verified by experiments, the experimentalresults show that, in the six three-phase stator microgyroscope rotor structure has thebest drivers drive effect.2. To power drive circuit hardware and software design, the method of softwaredevelopment, and debugging, and gives the corresponding experimental results, andanalyzed, and the experimental results verify the correctness of the power drive circuitdesign, the realization of the expected to achieve good interpersonal interaction,convenient debug test anticipated target.3. Based on the speed of the back emf test for a more in-depth study, through thesimulation got back emf and practical verification and comparing with the results ofsimulation and test data of comprehensive, the speed of the detection based on back emfcircuit design.
