Computer Aided Deduction Research Of Emergency Plan Based On Spatial Visualization

Emergency plans, the core of emergency management, provide the basic rules or experience of treatment in emergencies. But most of these emergency plans are stored as paper documents or electronic document, which have a low level of information, so they can’t be queried and retrieved conveniently and display the total procedures of emergency plans intuitively and vividly. At the same time, realistic emergency drills have also the problems of high cost but poor pertinence. Therefore, to develop computer aided deduction research of emergency plans has important significance to improve the level of modernization and information of emergency rescue in China.In this paper, emergency plan is taken as research object, and then carry on a further research on computer express of plans and visualization of plans by combined with database technology, spatial analysis, and spatial visualization. Base on this; achieve emergency plans Computer aided deduction by standardized plot and deduction model.The main research achievements and conclusions of this paper read as follows:1. Specify emergency plan into a series of emergency response events. Combine organizational system, emergency response process with emergency resource to form the emergency plans model by the formal description and modeling of emergency response events. Design the physical model of plans, stored the emergency plans in a relational database.2. Analyze the elements of emergency plans, generalize the point, line, surface, body and text five basic elements, and combine with3D modeling and visualization techniques to realize the visualization of the basic elements. Base on this; realize the visualization of emergency response events by visualization of result of its action, course of its action, resource of its action. Analyze and display the result of the key issues involved in the emergency response process such as efficiency evaluation of disaster, visualization of numerical simulated results and optimal route analysis. 3. Build the deduction plots model and take the river dangerous chemicals leak emergency plans as an example and generate deduction plots. Schedules deduction plots of emergency plan by multi-threaded event scheduling model which based on logical relationship of the events, in the end design and achieve emergency plans deduction system, and then explain and validate the research of this paper through actual cases, which provided reliable basis for emergency decision and emergency plans optimization.
