Digital plans is to be defined, storaged, and applicationed by using the ontology model and general data model。According to the digital plans, resource state and the state of affairs, the system automatically generates the initial solution, then the Disposal personnel adjuste it to form the disposal scheme.The system uses Microsoft’s Net4.0and LINQ technology to realize the plan of digital, and uses the network technology to update and supervision dangerous chemicals. The system researchs and developments visualization function of the dangerous places, achieve s the real picture of factory. The system uses the Tianjin Intitute of Surveying and mapping WEBGIS platform to solve the electronic map use cost is high and can not be timely update problem.The project enhanced the dangerous chemicals management of places of work efficiency and the ability of emergency response. In system development, we use advanced technology and pay attention to inherit, absorbing the existing experience and technology. The system has friendly interface and practical, maneuverability is strong. When the occurrence of various dangerous goods emergency events, the system can provide more reliable decision-making role.
