Thinking Of The Campus Media Construction In Vocational College

Campus media is a concrete form of medium or tool, appearing on the campus officially, for disseminating the public information. It plays an important role in guiding the students’ thinking, promoting the cultural development and increasing social impact, etc. In recent years, campus media has a rapid development for the education and media progressing very fast. However, in the process of campus media construction, some vocational colleges don’t take their real situation into account, just copying some large undergraduate colleges and universities mechanically and playing an undue emphasis on "Many" kinds and "large" scales of media. In this case, the campus media development is of varying qualities, stultifying content, and slowly updating, expanding the influence, and so on.This paper consists of four parts, following the structure what is campus media——how to build campus media——what is the effect——how to build better campus media. It combines theories with practices, and has an all-around thinking of the construction experience, significance, methods and problem of campus media in vocational colleges. This paper is based on the study in Guangxi Vocational College of Technology and Business, tracking studies in its new campus and studying the problems and questions from the construction of campus media in present vocational colleges. Meanwhile, this paper makes an estimate in this college by questionnaires and interviewing. Also, this paper makes a comprehensive thinking in its constructing experience and put forward some feasible suggestion in how to build a marvelous campus media.
