This study from the perspective of the social work services in school,Using a variety of measurement tools with a certain degree of reliability and validity and having been frequently used in China to teste the teacher-student relationship and the mental health state of children in rural elementary school boarding,and the results were analyzed,which will help the people have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding to the teacher-student relationship and the mental health state of children in rural elementary school boarding,and through the social work action research to search for more effective ways,it has a good theoretical and practical significance to provide the theoretical basis for more effective implementation of school mental health education and quality education.In this study, based on concrete steps of action research, research into the problem of finding and analysis, program design and implementation, service reflection, impact assessment and analysis, a total of four sections.The first is a description and investigation of rural boarding children division relationship and mental health status;Some students,who showed the poor mental health in some degree,were selected into group for taking part in the team tutorship------the teacher with my growth team,and a total of7activities,And reflect on service;After the intervention,using the scale for assessment, to determine the effect of intervention and to observe situation of improvement of the teacher-student relationship and mental health state.The results of study are as follows:1.The teacher-student relationship and the mental health state of children in rural elementary school boarding are generally good,but there are still some factors showed a high score or low score orientation;On the teacher-student relationship, conflict between teachers and students shows relatively high score;In terms of mental health state,from the MHT sub-scales of the situation, the two dimensions of learning anxiety and interpersonal anxiety score the highest.2.After being team-tutored in the team of the teacher with my growth team,the24members of experimental group of the teacher-student relationship and mental health status compared with the control group had significant improvement.3.According to the action research, explore some ways of school social work diversified work, in order to promote mental health state of children in rural elementary school boarding.
