The Research On Landless-famers Trend To Become Urban Resident During The Rapid Process Of Urbanization

With the development of urbanization and industrialization,cities become largerand larger,and at the same time,more and more collective owned rural land wasrequisitioned. Therefore, an increasing number of farmers became so-called“landless-farmer”. To these land-less farmers, the structure of rural society hadexperienced a significant change. Various problems such as lagged social securitysystem, unemployment began to move above surface of water. This paper discussedproblems of the trend to become urban resident of land-less farmers of NanningEconomic and Technological Development Area, in order to provide a usefulreference for the problems of Nanning land-less farmers. The paper used weightmethod, literature analysis method, questionnaire method and other methods. Thisarticle analysis the present situation of landless farmers in the home and abroad, angthen analysis the present situation of landless farmers in Nanning Economic andTechnological Development Area from the aspects of employment, living,psychological, basic rights and living conditions, after that, quantitative analysis isconducted on the urbanization degree with three level of index weight method. Theresults shows that the urbanization degree of Nanning Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Area has certain progress, but different levels of urbanization are notbalanced, especially low in population quality and psychological attitude. Based onthe above analysis, analysis the influence factors of urbanization degree of NanningEconomic and Technological Development Area, and puts forward the way ofpromoting the urbanization of land-less farmers.
