Shandong Province Art Sport Student Teaching Satisfaction

[Objective] student satisfaction a direct impact on the school’s teaching quality, teaching quality is the lifeblood of higher education, especially in the popularization of higher education, student satisfaction problem is caused by the concern of the whole society. Shandong Institute of Physical Education and Sports as one where the art sports a high level of colleges and universities, to some extent, reflect the status quo of the art sports student teaching quality. In this study, questionnaire survey, Shandong Institute of Physical Education students from the perspective of the student satisfaction questionnaire, the use of effective data were analyzed the students’ satisfaction of the art sports, in order to identify the main factors to improve student satisfaction, to increase students’ satisfaction with school teaching.[Methods] randomly selected from the Shandong Institute of Physical Education and Sports Art Sports120students, through questionnaires, draw students’ satisfaction with the school teaching and influencing factors.[Results](1) Overall satisfaction of the art sports student teaching is good, but the satisfaction of teaching is lower than the overall satisfaction;(2)The average score of each factor, the average score of teachers in the highest while practice teaching links score a minimum;(3)Student’s achievement motivation and satisfaction with the student teaching as a positive correlation, learning goals more explicit, its on teaching satisfaction is higher;(4)Sex after graduation intention on the students’ satisfaction and no significant impact.[Conclusion]It can be seen through the investigation, to create a positive learning environment to enhance students’ achievement motivation; practice teaching; to change teachers’ incentives to encourage their research results to the introduction of teaching; can improve students’ satisfaction with school teaching,...
