When the national fitness boom caught up with the era of the mobile Internet,the number of sports apps grew rapidly.However,the problems of "serious homogeneity of content and function" and "data inaccuracy" also became increasingly prominent,which made the original users feel fresh.With the loss of trust,there is a constant loss of users and successively closed projects.At the same time,the country is still vigorously supporting the development of the "Internet + sports" industry.The public's enthusiasm for participating in sports and fitness is increasing day by day.It is worth noting that sports apps still have great potential in helping people's fitness and promoting the development of the sports industry.It is just to be further explored to improve and upgrade innovation.Therefore,it analyzes the survival logic of sports apps,discusses the main factors that affect their survival,and puts forward corresponding operating strategies and suggestions to enhance the competitive advantages of sports apps,so that operators can clearly understand how to operate to better Providing rich and diverse sports services for the broad masses of the people,helping users to cultivate good sports habits,helping all people to exercise,and promoting the vigorous development of China's sports industry are the topics that this study hopes to discuss.At present,there are few in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the survival of sports app at home and abroad,and the research basically focuses on the research of the impact of sports apps on various groups of people.Based on the above realistic background and theoretical gaps,this study has clarified the current status and problems of the existence of domestic sports apps through theoretical analysis of literature review,product life cycle,"use and satisfaction",etc.,and also analyzes the typical case Gu dong by grounding theory,Refining the six influencing factors for the survival of sports app,including technological innovation,effective data,social media,product diversification,service positioning and marketing strategies,and constructing an influencing factor model for the existence of sports app,namely the "exercise app survival logic" theoretical model.Based on the previous research results and the theoretical model constructed by this research,the structural equation model was used to further verify and analyze the factors affecting the existence of sports apps.Based on the exploratory analysis of grounded theory and the empirical test of the structural equation model,the results are as follows: 1)Technical innovation is an important influencing factor that promotes the improvement of effective data;2)Service positioning is the basis and influencing factors of sports app marketing strategy formulation;3)Effective data,social media and marketing strategies are the main factors affecting the survival of sports apps.And put forward corresponding suggestions: 1)Improve the value of data and actively serve users;2)Optimize social media and encourage users to participate;3)Extend the offline layout and strengthen the integration effect.This research has certain practical significance.
