Research On Influencing Factors Of People's Livelihood Of Sports Satisfaction Based On Kano Model

The livelihood issue is a wide range of topics,including the residents 'clothing,housing,medical care,education,etc.After consulting and studying the current policies,economic and cultural development and population structure development in our country,it is found that the livelihood of our country has been the main problem that our government and people pay attention to.According to the result of the classification of each factor,the overall classification result of influencing factors of Chengdu ' s livelihood sports satisfaction under the framework of Kano model is as follows :(1)Infrastructure is ultimately classified as a mandatory quality factor,which is in line with the needs of our daily activities,that is,the better the quality of the facility,the more species the more people will be able to travel to participate in sports activities,which is not effective in improving the people ' s physical education satisfaction,as this factor is deemed necessary for the active participants.(2)In the case of an integrated environment,the final attribute is classified as a one-dimensional quality factor,when the factor is satisfied,the population is satisfied with the participation of the sports event,and the absence of such factors will allow them to feel dissatisfied.(3)Professional services are classified as attractive factors that will surprise participants in sports when they meet,and this does not satisfy them when they are not satisfied.(4)The participant ' s constitution is classified into no difference quality factor,that is,the change of the factor under the research framework of this paper will not cause the attention of the participants of sports activities.(5)The number of activities is classified into an attractive quality factor,that is,when the element is sufficient,the person is satisfied with an unexpectedsurprise;This is not enough to make people feel dissatisfied.(6)The financial resources are also classified as attractive quality factors,that is,when the government increases the input to sports,the residents are satisfied that the individual has enough money to invest in sports and will also be satisfied with them.(7)The information resources are classified into the non-difference quality factor,that is,the change of the sports information resources can not effectively affect the people ' s physical education satisfaction.According to the detailed classification of 28 small indicators,seven major indexes of the questionnaire are based on Kano model classification table to obtain the final classification results,and the following suggestions are made on the factors influencing the satisfaction of Chengdu ' s livelihood sports :(1)To ensure the quality of infrastructure construction and the aim of human-oriented development.In this stage,urban builders and operators should develop public culture,such as population recreation,leisure,fitness and other public culture,carry out the sports activities which are beneficial to the development of people ' s physical and mental health,establish the long-term mechanism of community culture and sports guarantee,actively encourage the development of sports activities with local characteristics and contain traditional culture.(2)To improve the comprehensive environment of the people ' s physical education in Chengdu.Under the conditions of good and sufficient capacity,the management and operators of relevant government departments and sports venues should pay attention to the factors such as the number of the existing sports venues,the space of the sports venues,the places of rest,the natural environment,the building environment and the attitude of the crowd.In the management process,we should try to find the one-dimensional quality factor and try to meet the one-dimensional quality factor of the residents for the people 's physical education,so that the maximum utility of limited resources can be exerted.(3)Focus on the exploration of the potential needs of Chengdu residents and properly satisfy them.Chengdu folk sports administrators should rely on the cultural characteristics of Chengdu to develop regional characteristics,organizethe sports activities with high participation and high interest,so that residents can enjoy the fun of collective sports.
