| Sports is an essential part of students education which is to comprehensively develop. In1998, China’s education department puts forward the slogan of "health first" and makes sports construction in the school as one of the education sectors for the first time, which signals school education level is required to improve. In order to improve the level of physical education, sports resources allocation in school should be made more reasonable. But due to the differences of landscape and economic factors in various provinces and cities, allocation of sports resources presents the state of disequilibrium and there is a lack of sports resources in most areas. Under this background, this thesis investigates the status of sports resources allocation according to junior middle school in Yan’an City, analyzes the existing problems and finds the corresponding solutions, which has great significance for sports teaching development and students’healthy development of junior high school in Yan’an City.Through describing college resources, sports resources and allocation of sports resources and other related concepts, this thesis develops a series of evaluation standard in view of the status of sports teaching of junior middle school in Yan’an City. By means of questionnaire investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other methods, it carries out a series of investigations to sports resources allocation of the school and sorts out the problems, the causes of the problems and the solutions in the process of sports teaching of junior middle school in Yan’an City.Through the above investigation results, it is found that some problems have appeared in the district of junior high school in Yan’an City in the resources of physical education, and these problems have had serious effect on physical education of the college. Therefore, the school should pay attention to the development of human resources and sports teaching of junior high school can be guaranteed in human resources. The school also takes some measure to control the funds, the use of funds of sports teaching and focuses and allocates the uses of the funds. As for the material resources, it is to increase teaching equipment in the institutions and to improve the quality of classroom and the utilization rate of field. Use these methods in response to the slogan of "health first" of education department. Education standard of "sunshine sports" is provided. Change the backward mode of teaching, improve teaching quality and improve relevant laws and policies. With these measures, it allocates reasonably the contradiction between finiteness of the resources and infiniteness of the demand for sports resources of the school of junior high school in Yan’an City and makes all kinds of sports resources play an effective role in the sports teaching of junior middle school. It makes the more educated profit from the sports education, ultimately serve the community and achieve the education goal of comprehensive development. |
