Based On Data Analysis, Research Experience, Professor Wu Weiping Treatment Of Primary Lung Cancer

Objective:Summarize the clinical experience of Professor Wu Weiping on treating lung cancer, and explore the dialectical thinking and drug laws, providing valuable reference for the clinical treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Use the clinical cases observation table to collect newly diagnosed information of73lung cancer patients of Professor Wu’s special consultation. Use the descriptive statistical method to sort the appearance frequency of patients’ symptoms, signs, syndrome and commonly used drugs. Use the statistical software SPSS19to chi-square test the relevance between main symptoms and medication, then discuss the result.Results:In73patients, there are36male cases and37female cases. Most are elderly, youth or in middle age are less.42were kept the pathological type,36cases are NSCLC, while the others are SCLC. And49were kept the treatment, most of them underwent surgery and chemotherapy. The primary symptoms arranged from more to less are followed by cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, chest pain, fever, hemoptysis and emaciated. The top7of symptoms (frequency is greater than or equal to5%) is followed by chest distress, sweating, thirst, nausea, feverish palms and soles, distending pain in hypochondrium. In the case of signs, corpulent and dark tongue, slimy yellow tongue fur, slipper, stringy and fine pulse are at a high frequency. The frequency of phlegm and blood stasis is24times, the frequency of deficiency of Qi and Yin is23times, the frequency of phlegm dampness in the lung is21times, the frequency of qi stagnancy and blood stasis is17times, and the frequency of Yin asthenia generating intrinsic is16times, while the frequency of asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi is11times, and the frequency of fluid-retention in the chest and hypochondrium is6times. The combinations of syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin and phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin and phlegm dampness in the lung are more common. The top20of commonly used drugs is followed by rhizome pinelliae, bupleurum, gleditsia sinensis, fructus trichosanthis, radix peucedani, fied barley, xia kucao, fried fructus, baikai skullcap root, tribulus terrestris, radix paeoniae rubra, radix pseudostellariae, fritillaria, ophiopogon japonicus, zedoary, gallus domesticus, Artemisia annua, schisandra, turtle shell, salvia miltiorrhiza. The frequency of gleditsia sinensis, fructus trichosanthis, xia kucao, bai jili, Sichuan fritillaria, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, rhizome curcumae used in symptom of phlegm and blood stasis is much higher than in symptom of non-phlegm and blood stasis, etc. The frequency of bupleurum, scutellaria root, rhizome pinelliae, peucedanum, almond used in symptom of cough is much higher than in the symptom of non-cough, etc.Conclusion:Professor Wu thinks the primary bronchial lung cancer is localized manifestation of a systemic disease. Clinical dialectical syndromes often consists of phlegm and blood stasis, deficiency of Qi and Yin, phlegm dampness in the lung, qi stagnation and blood stasis, yin deficiency, Qi deficiency of lung and spleen, fluid retention in the chest and hypochondrium. Set up Fuzheng Quxie as treatment law, combine the elimination, tonifying, unobstructed and conditioning to use drugs, also pay attention to treat the symptom of cough, expectoration, shortness of breath. Take patients as the center, so as to improve the quality of patients’life.
