Objective:By observing the bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy of chronic eczema clinical efficacy、safety and pharmacoeconomic evaluations to clarify cupping treatment of chronic eczema is a safe, effective and relatively economical method, then further promote its application in clinical practice. Methods:In this study,64cases of patients were from October2012and May2013for treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University dermatology clinic patients met the diagnostic criteria of chronic eczema and inclusion criteria and signed informed consent person. The64patients were divided into two groups according to randomization principle that the treatment group (cupping) and control group (dehumidification itching ointment group). The average age of patients in both groups, gender, disease duration, type of skin lesions, EASI score before treatment, itching points were not statistically different (P>0.05). The treatment group cupping every other day, the control group given Desiccant Intching Ointment for external use (twice daily), both groups oral antihistamines (epinastine tablets, one daily). Both groups will set a course of two weeks of treatment for2or4weeks after treatment clinical efficacy analysis, and observed adverse reactions and conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis. Respectively, after the end of treatment1,2,3months after patients were followed up in order to compare the two groups of patients relapse. The data was processed through the appropriate statistical software SPSS16.0. Result:Bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy to improve the effect of chronic eczema itching is more obvious; cupping method to improve the lesions of chronic eczema better than the control group; cupping therapy to treat chronic eczema though costs higher, but its effect was significantly better than the control group, ans its cost-effectiveness was lower than the control group; description that cupping is a better way to treat eczema. And follow-up of1,2,3month recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. The two groups was statistically difference. Conclusion:Bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy is a effective, safe and economical method of treatment.
