Objective:This paper mainly discusses the effect of cupping and bloodletting therapy of Mongolian medicine on haritulai disease and its clinical effect. Methods:From December 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with Hari tulai disease who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule every other day, with the specification of 0.3g,one capsule per time, twice a day.Ashi point, auxiliary point and interthumb point were selected,Lower tibial point, lateral ankle point and other acupoints. The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsule 0.3g,one capsule / time, twice a day.The treatment lasted for 7 days.VAS score, joint symptom score,C-reactive protein(CRP),uric acid(UA)and ESR of each patient were observed before and after treatment, and their clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in general data,VAS score, joint symptom score,UA,ESR,CRP before treatment between the two groups(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable. After the course of treatment, the VAS score, total joint symptom score(joint pain, joint tenderness, joint motion, joint swelling),ESR,and CRP were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant. The results showed that both treatments were effective.VAS score, total joint symptom score,CRP,ESR(P<0.05)were compared between groups, and the difference was statistically significant. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. In addition,in joint symptoms(joint tenderness, joint activity P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant, and the results showed that the two groups had similar therapeutic effects. After treatment, there was no significant difference in UA between groups(P>0.05),and the results showed that the two groups of treatments did not effectively reduce UA.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,P<0.05.The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both groups of treatment methods have anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects on haritulai disease. In contrast,Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule is more effective than ibuprofen sustained-release capsule alone. It can quickly alleviate the symptoms of joint pain, joint redness and swelling, reduce the pain of patients and improve people’s quality of life. There was no significant difference in joint tenderness and joint range of motion between the two groups.2.Both treatment methods can effectively reduce ESR and CRP.In contrast,Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule is more effective than ibuprofen sustained-release capsule alone. |
