Clinical Research On The Treatment Of The Yuzhi Type Of Adhesive Capsulitis With Bloodletting Puncture And Cupping Therapy Combined With Acupuncture

ObjectiveVia a strict and scientific experimental design,This study was to investigate the clinical curative efficiency on the yuzhi type of adhesive capsulitis with a therapy of bloodletting puncture and cupping which combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture which is the experimental group.With a compared group,the combined use of cupping and acupuncture therapy to treat the yuzhi type of adhesive capsulitis is as a control group,this research used visual analogue score and MELLE shoulder joint function score as the observation indexes,to find out the efficiency and differences between two groups,then to discuss the advantages of bloodletting puncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and provide theoretical and practical basis for the promotion and application of clinical comprehensive treatment.MethodsSixty patients with the yuzhi type of adhesive capsulitis were chosen and separately divided into the experimental group and control group by random.Each group with thirty cases,the treatment group was cured with bloodletting puncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture,while the control group was cured with cupping and traditional Chinese acupuncture.Both two groups were given a treatment once after three days,three times treatment were recognized as a curing course,each group must be treated with three curing courses.The main evaluation indicator was MELLE which is in order to taking shoulder joint activity.While Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to be the secondary evaluation indicator to taking pain index.VAS scores and MELLE shoulder function scores were recorded before and after treatment.And evaluate the efficacy after treatment.Use SPSS 22.0 statistics software,the data of two groups was collected and processed,The clinical effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared based on statistical results.Finally,analysis,discussion and summary are carried out.Result1.To compare the Baseline data,:value P>0.05 was got and no statistically significant difference was shown between the experimental group and the control group in terms of age,gender,MELLE shoulder joint function score and VAS score before the curing treatment was carried.2.In Comparison of VAS score:(1)The visual analogue scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The difference between the experimental group before and after VAS treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could alleviate the patient’s pain,but the experimental group had better results.3.Comparison of MELLE shoulder joint function score:(1)after the treatment of both two groups,The scores were lower than before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicated that both groups of treatment could improve patients’ shoulder joint function.Moreover,in case of the two groups had the similar curative effect,but the experimental group got a better curative efficiency than the control group.4.After three treatment courses,the curative percentage of the treatment group was 90.0%,meanwhile,the control group’s was 83.3%.As value P<0.05,so the difference was statistically significant.It indicated that treatment of both two group could give a significant curative effect to the yuzhi type of adhesive capsulitis.On the other hand,compared to the combined use of cupping and acupuncture therapy,the therapy of bloodletting puncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture could improve frozen shoulder’s symptoms and signs in a larger degree if the same medical circumstance provided.ConclusionFor the patients with the yuzhi type of adhesive capsulitis,the pain and life quality of the patients were greatly improved by the therapy of bloodletting puncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture which was also obviously better than the combined use of cupping and acupuncture therapy in the curative efficiency when the same medical circumstance given,the clinical effect.Thus the therapy of bloodletting puncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture deserves to be more comprehensive and is worth popularizing in clinical area.A further deep research should be carried.
