Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma patientscompliance and its correlation with disease control, for the effective prevention and controlof bronchial asthma to provide clinical basis. Methods: Choose2007.01-2012.06our hospital200cases of mild, moderate adultpatients with bronchial asthma in the hospital as the research object. Using the latestremission phase(LRP),medication adherence questionnaire, asthma control test (ACT)scores and adult asthma quality of life scale (AQLQ) for patients in the investigation.Results:1. Compliance Patient with treatment groups, the LRP was8.2±1.2months.Poor compliance group of patients, the LRP was2.4±0.2months. Compared the twogroups, LRP had statistical significance difference between different treatment complianceof patients with asthma (P<0.05).2. Good treatment adherence form than in male patients is51.3%(39/76), good treatment adherence form than in female patients is66.1%(82/124);Course of five years or less compliance in patients with good composition ratio is63.7%(58/91), duration>5years adherence in patients with good composition ratio for57.8%(63/109); High school and the following compliance in patients with good than for48.9%(46/94), college degree and above in patients with good adherence to the proportion is70.8%(75/106); Patients with different degree of gender and culture of treatment adherence tocompare difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), while patients with differentcourse of treatment adherence to compare, no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Goodtreatment adherence in the group of patients was totally control28.9%(35/121), part of thecontrol (67/121)55.4%; Poor treatment adherence was totally in control group patients(12/79),15.2%part control41.8%(33/79). Compared two groups, treatment adherence inpatients with a good set of illness completely control and part of the control group werehigher than in poor compliance (P <0.05).4. The state of intermittent asthma treatmentadherence in patients with good composition ratio for77.6%(59/76); Adherence to goodcomposition than in patients with mild persistent group is61.5%(40/65); Moderate continued compliance in the group of patients good composition ratio of37.3%(22/59).Intermittent state group and adherence to good composition than mild persistent groupwere higher than moderate continuous group (P <0.05).5. The adult asthma quality of lifescale (AQLQ) respectively in good and bad treatment compliance of two groups of patientsto evaluate quality of life. Limited activity in patients with good adherence, asthmasymptoms, mental condition, response to stimuli, and total score this five score were higherthan in poor compliance group (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、The treatment compliance of patients with bronchial asthma disease controlsituation, asthma treatment compliance of patients with good condition in complete controlrate and control rate of patients with poor adherence; a recent remission time asthmapatients had good compliance and longer (LRP).2、Female with asthma than in male patients with treatment compliance is higher; thehigher the degree of culture of asthma patients, suggesting that the treatment compliance isbetter; intermittent and mild persistent asthma attack group therapy compliance of patientswith good proportion and moderate persistent asthma group, the former was higher thanthat of the latter.3、The treatment compliance of asthma quality of life than the poor treatmentcompliance of patients.
