Objectives: Understand the use of hormone drugs in patients with bronchial asthma, to explore theinfluence of the relevant factors of compliance of hormone therapy in adult patients with bronchial asthma,so as to how to control and gradually improve the survival rate of patients with asthma foundation.Method:The choice of xinjiang shihezi university first affiliated hospital respiratory medicine in December2012-June2013inpatient and outpatient clinic of80cases of patients with asthma who older than18yearsold, except (1) class I don’t need to use the long-term control of asthma drugs;(2) complicated with severeheart, liver, kidney, or other serious diseases;(3) occupational asthma;(4) during pregnancy and lactationwomen;(5) merge other disease may affect the quality of life;(6) Language expression ability is poor;Asthma diagnosis standard is in line with the Chinese medical association to develop the bronchial asthmaprevention guide diagnostic criteria. Adopt the method of face to face with patients,80cases of asthmapatients with general data table, medication compliance survey scale, asthma ACT rating scalequestionnaire, finally use SPSS13.0statistical software for data analysis, expressed as a percentage of countdata, medication compliance related factors with α2inspection comparison, compliance by rank correlationbetween disease control rates and conversion of nonparametric test, P≦o.05for the difference wasstatistically significant.Results:(1) the patient compliance compliance is very bad in46cases, accounting for57.5%,compliance is bad in12cases, accounting for15%, compliance better in15cases, accounting for18.8%,7cases of compliance is very good,8.8%.(2) Patients with asthma control ACT score less than20pointsfor asthma has not been controlled in51cases, accounted for63.8%, ACT score between20to24points aspart of the control in28cases, accounted for35%, ACT score25points to complete control in1case,accounting for1.3%.(3)Asthma patients compliance and controlling rate general correlation analysis, bronchial asthma patients and control compliance rate has correlation (r=0.507, P=0.000), education level(r=0.360, P=0.001), age (r=0.398P<0.05), occupation (r=0.565P<0.05) correlation and compliance with.(4)Bronchial asthma patients compliance and the influence factors analysis because the drug treatmentcost is high without compliance with the accounting for27.5%, for all the factors affecting the complianceof the highest proportion. Treatment of17cases of high cost in compliance is very bad, very poor37%ofcompliance; compliance is bad in that no symptoms in5cases without medication compliance, accountingfor the relatively bad42%; compliance is better that that asymptomatic without drugs and treatment ofinsufficient understanding of the accounted for4cases, accounting for26.7%.Conclusions:(1)combined with the analysis of the general condition of the patient, patients with poor compliance related with level of education, age, level of education is directly related to patient compliancewith medication.(2)Bronchial asthma patients compliance was relatively low status, the main factorsinfluencing the compliance cost is high, including the treatment of asthma symptoms after can not use, without symptoms when they forget medication, the low level of education, the side effects of hormones offear.(3)In combination with other factors, the xinjiang shihezi city location, climate condition factors, such as asthma recurrence rate is high, mostly in the elderly population, small number, the level offirst-class hospital medical conditions are relatively poor, the lack of medical resources in the surroundingherd is not easy to buy drugs, drugs to keep up with, therefore, result in patients with asymptomaticconsciously stop using drugs.(4)Asthma control, the case fatality rate are closely related to adherence totreatment. The better medication adherence, the higher control rate.
