| Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinesemedicine in treatment of qi activity block type of lung cancer, to explore theclinical dialectical medication regularly.Methods: Review between September2011and September2011in liaoninguniversity of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital oncologyhospital, diagnosed with primary lung cancer, differentiation and type of qiactivity block type patients,35patients were observed cases. Patients on thebasis of conventional treatment of western medicine, oral Chinese medicinemedicinal broth, contrast were observed before and after treatment of tumorpatients’ clinical symptoms and changes of the KPS score, the symptoms includecough, expectoration, hemoptysis, chest pain, chest tightness and short ofbreath, fatigue, constipation, nausea, and vomiting. Measurement data using ttest, all the data are processed using SPSS13.0software for statisticalanalysis.Results:1cough, expectoration, dyspnea, chest tightness, chest pain, coughing up bloodsymptoms have improved significantly, effectively were46.9%,54.5%,60.0%,58.8%,52.2%,77.7%, and after treatment was better than before treatment (P<0.05), and a stable KPS score improved in11cases,21cases, decline in3cases, improve the stability factor of91.4%.2For qi activity block type lung cancer clinical drugs commonly used frequency:chaihu33times,longgu33times,muli33times,huangqin33times,taizishen30times,zhigancao29times,banzhilian29times,baihuasheshecao27times,fabanxia21times,jiegeng20times,xingren20times,chenpi20times,fuling18times,zhenbeimu17times,ezhu14times,shancigu14times,dannanxing13times. Conclusion:1jet block type of lung cancer patients taking traditional Chinese medicine,diagnosis and treatment can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the qualityof survival.2Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi activity block type lung cancertreatment is given priority to with adjustable factors, detoxification fights,at the same time be phlegm cough and asthma and other symptomatic treatment,supporting, pathogenesis, and gradually formed medication regularly. |
