"Spring And Autumn Equinox Rheumatology Paste" The Clinical Efficacy Of Kidney Inflammation Governor Han Ankylosing Analysis Treatment

Purpose：Analysisthespringequinoxrheumatoidimmuneposttreatmentofkidneyempty overseers cold type of ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curativeeffect.Method：Selection in March2010in liaoning university of traditional Chinesemedicine affiliated hospital, of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney coldoverseers of80patients with ankylosing spondylitis, adopt conventional oraldrug therapy, the application of the spring equinox rheumatism immunity of40cases as treatment group, the male33patients,7patients were female, did notattach application of40cases as control group, the male34cases, female6cases. Statistics after three years of clinical curative effect, evaluationafter two groups before treatment in spinal pain VAS score, BASDAI index score,BASFI index score, laboratory indicators, Chinese medicine symptom integral andthe number of years of change.Results：1. In patients with spinal pain VAS score of two groups, BASDAI index score,BASFI index scores compared with before treatment were decreased, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05), in the treatment group in spinal painVAS score, BASDAI index score and BASFI index scores compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.2groups of patients with laboratory test index of blood sedimentation andc-reactive protein was decreased, the treatment group is lower than the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3.2groups after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integralaspects are significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05), thetreatment group was better than control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).4. Each year the number of patients with2group were reduced year by year, the number of2years and3years, the treatment group is lower than the controlgroup, there is significant difference (P<0.05).5. Treatment group total effective rate was87.1%, alleviate clinical8cases,16cases had marked effect,10cases of effective, ineffective in5cases; Controlgroup total effective rate was81.6%, alleviate clinical6cases,7cases weremarkedly effective,18patients effectively,7had no effect, the comparisonof two groups the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：Spring equinox rheumatoid immune post treatment of kidney empty overseers coldtype of ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect is distinct.
