| Purpose:To prove accept spring equinox and autumnal equionx acupoint sticking therapy the type of liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis has therapeutic effect.Material and method:Select 85 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were visiting the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital department of rheumatology’s outpatient and ward which is the type of cold and dampness becausing of liver and kidney deficiency from March 20,2016 to March 19,2017.Randomly divided into observation group(42 people)and treatment group(43 people).The observation group was given meloxicam capsules(tablets)orally,and the treatment group added 2 consecutive solar terms(six times)acupoint-sticking in the Spring equinox autumnal equionx to the observation group.The knee joint function scores and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were calculated for the two groups of patients before treatment and at the end of each cycle(1-week,4-week and 8-week).The statistics of consumption of meloxicam capsules(tablets)from the beginning of each treatment to the day were counted at the 8th week after each day of the thrivening therapy.The scores of the severity of the two groups were recorded before treatment and after each of the solar terms.And enter the original database.Statistical analysis was performed after the end of all treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of knee function scores and VAS scores before and after treatment in the same group of patients.After treatment was significantly better than before treatment,P<0.05.2.The knee function scores and VAS scores were compared between the treatment group and the observation group.The treatment group was significantly better than the observation group,P<0.05.3.The consumption of meloxicam capsules(tablets)before and after treatment in the same group of patients was compared with that of the severity of illness.After treatment,the scores were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The consumption of meloxicam capsules(tablets)and severity of illness after treatment were compared between the treatment group and the observation group.The treatment group was significantly better than the observation group,all P<0.05.4.The data of knee function scores and VAS scores at the 1st,4th,and 8th weeks after treatment with two kinds of solar terms were compared in the treatment group,and the scores of consumption and severity of meloxicam capsules(tablets),Successively receiving two TCM treatments was better than receiving only one TCM treatment,P<0.05.5.The total effective rate was 95.3% in the treatment group after the first solar term treatment,and the total effective rate was 97.7% after the second one;The total effective rate was 78.6% in the observation group after the first phase of gas treatment,and the total effective rate was 81.0% after the second phase of gas treatment,both P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.The “Equinoxing Acupoint Application” and meloxicam capsules(tablets)can significantly improve knee joint function in liver and kidney insufficiency type KOA patients with persistent effects.2.The "Equinox Equinox Acupoint Application" therapy combined with meloxicam capsules(tablets)was used to treat the "Equinox Equinox Acupoint Application" therapy with meloxicam capsules(tablets),it can significantly reduce the dosage of meloxicam capsules(tablets)in KOA patients with hepatorenal insufficiency,cold dampness and obstructive KOA,and those who received two consecutive solar treatments were better than those who only received one.3.The “Equinoxing Acupoint Application” therapy combined with Meloxicam capsules improves the symptoms of knee joints in KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency,cold dampness and phlegm.And it is better to continue to receive two solar terms.4.The total effective rate of KOA patients with hepatorenal insufficiency,cold dampness and sputum resistance was better than those treated with meloxicam capsules alone.Patients who received two consecutive treatments had better results. |
