The Clinical Study Of Clearing Poison Yin On Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective:To inuestigate the effects of QuDu decoction on SLE.Methods:dividing65patients of sle into 2 groups randomly,35 patients in treatment group were treated with phellodendrom and clearing poison yin,while 30 patients in control group were treated with phellodendrom and AIP,both groups were treated for 6 months Before and after treated,obsereing the changs symtoms and caboratory consequence. Results:(l)the total effective rate is82.85% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).(2)the symtoms were improved after treatment in 2 groups,the obviously difference between 2 groups(p<0.01).(3)the change so laboratory consequece were after treatment obviously difference in 2 groups(p<0.01).Conclusion:1, the clearing poison yin was an effective Chinese drugs. There was no significant difference between the therapeutic group and the control group on the therapeutic effect (p>0.05).2, the clearing poison yin can accelerate the decrement of the hormone, can reduces the side effect of the hormone,and can improve patient's quality of life.
