| The subject of studies was the subsidiary subject of foundation research project inJiangsu technology government agency. Based on the finished research, the thesis reportedon the research results of germplasm, pharmacodynamics, quality standard and fingerprintof the fruit of Changium smyrnioides Wolff, and determining the content of activecomponent in each organ of plant.Contemporary study having show that the dry and ripe fruits of Changium smyrnioidesare full of unsaturated fatty acid, which can decrease the level of TC and TG, and theplatelet adhesion reaction,can help saturate lipoid and cholesterol running in blood toreduce the possibility of depositing on vessel wall, prevent arterial sclerosis and so on. Thefruit have never been used as herb.Researched the germplasm of Changium smyrnioides on some indexes, containingmorphological characteristic, clean degree, 1000-seed weight, satiation degree, watercontent, vitality, validity and purity. The results showed that the quality of seeds fromJiangsu is good. However, because of the distinction of the place of production, harvestperiod, and storage condition, there are some difference existed in them.The thesis compared the effects of EtOH extract, water extract and its main componentphellopterin in the in vitro antiplatelet aggregative. The results showed that the EtOHextract can against platelet aggregation induced by ADP, and its IC50 was 7.81μg·L-1;phellopterin is active component, its IC50 was0.156μg·L-1.The thesis also carried out quality standard research of the fruit of Changiumsmyrnioides WolffBased on principles of fingerprint chromatography of Chinese herbal medicine, theoptimal extraction method for the fruit of Changium smyrnioides and its correspondingHPLC-based fingerprint chromatography have been established through HPLC gradientelution. By means of similarity calculation and main ingredients analysis with fingerprintchromatography software, the common pattern of the fruit of Changium smyrnioides wasestablished. The theses also compared the similar degree of the wild and cultivate fruit ofChangium smyrnioides. The content of active component in each organ of plant was determined by HPLC. Theresults showed that phellopterin existed maximum in fruit, its average content is 0.866%,occupies on total content above 91%; root is lower, next is flower; stem and leaf has theleast phellopterin, which occupies on total content less than 0.5%. The results proof thatphellopterin exists in each organ of plant, however the content is different.The finding above-mentioned provide scientific theory for studying the germplasmresource, confirming its medicine value, revealing regularity of active componentcumulative distribution,instituting quality standard of the fruit, enlarging the part inmedicine use. |
