| Objective:To construct HPLC fingerprint and FTIR fingerprint of Apocynum venetum L.and Apocynum pictum(Schrenk)Baill.,and comprehensively analyze the suitable growth areas of Apocynum venetum L.and Apocynum pictum(Schrenk)Baill.in Xinjiang according to ecological factors.Methods:HPLC method was established to determine the contents of quercetin-3-O-sophoroside,rutin,hyperin,isoquercitrin,trifolin and astragalin in medicinal materials from different habitats and different harvest periods.Similarity analysis and chemical pattern recognition were used for analysis.After the establishment of FTIR fingerprint,discribed the spectrum and calculated the correlation coefficient.The medicinal materials from different habitats were analyzed combined with clustering and dual-index sequence methods.Finally,according to the Resource Census Data,to obtained the latitude,longitude and altitude of different habitats analyze the adaptability of the habitats.Results:21 common peaks were identified by HPLC fingerprint,and 5 common peaks of chlorogenic acid,hyperin,isoquercitrin,quercetin-3-O-sophoroside and astragalin were identified.There were differences in the contents of seven components in medicinal materials from different origins and harvest periods.The quality difference of A.venetum and A.pictum from different producing areas has a certain correlation between southern and northern Xinjiang,and the best harvest period was June and July.These peaks shape and position of infrared spectrum of medicinal materials from different habitats were similar,and there are characteristic broad and strong peaks at 1103,1070 and 1656~1609 cm-1.The CO32-vibration peaks of S4and S5 appeared at 892 and 717 cm-1.The overall common peak rate of A.venetum samples was≧61.1%,and that of A.pictum samples was≧51.7%.The suitable areas for A.pictum and A.pictum were the northern and southern slopes of the Tianshan mountains,the Ili river valley and the Kashgar river basin,A.pictum living environment harsher than A.venetum.Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint and FTIR fingerprint of A.venetum and A.pictum from different habitats in Xinjiang were established to provide reference for quality evaluation system establishment and the selection of origin and harvest time in Xinjiang. |
