The Clinicai Study On Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Sleep Disorder After Stroke

Objection:observe the effectiveness of dredging governer vessels andregulating mind acupuncture acupuncture of curing the sleep disorders after strokeso as to judge recovery and second-rate prevention of dredging governer vessels andregulating mind acupuncture acupuncture.Methods:60research objects were from outpatient department and acupuncture inpatientdepartments of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital dating form March2013toJanuary2014.All above objects met the standards of diagnosis and inclusion. Besidesthe curing periods were within one month. All the research patients had signed theAcknowledgment and Agreement. Technique of random and single-blind has beenapplied in this research. Two groups had been developed as treatment group (30research objects) and control group (30research objects), all together60cases. Thetreatment group was treated by dredging governer vessels andregulating mind acupuncture, Shenting、Baihui acupoint、Sishencong、Qiangjian、Naohu、Fengfu、Dazhui、Taodao、Zhiyang, while the control group with regularacupuncture Neiguan、Shuigou、Jiquan、Chize、 Sanyinjiao.After and beforethe treatment,research papers such as PSQI,EPQ,ADLhad been implemented forobjects to evaluate the effectiveness and calculate and analyse the results:Results:Difference between the two group are statistically significant (p<0.05), theclinical curative effects of the treatment group is better than the control group. Ratesof the two groups of patients with sleep, PSQI improvement rate and ADL points,comparing with each treatment group itself before and after the treatment(P<0.05),There are statistically significant: comparing with the two groups aftertreatment(p<0.05), there are statistically significant. In Eysenck PersonalityQuestionnaire,neuroticism pionts are no significant difference before and after the treatment, the treatment group less than the control group, it shows the scores havedownward trend, there is no statistically significant, but higher than the Chinesenorms (P<0.05), there are statistics significance. Internal and external dimensions ofthe psychoticism dimension quality is no significant difference in pre-treatment, thetreatment group is higher, showing an increasing trend, not statistically significant, islower than the Chinese norms (P<0.05), there are statistically significant.Conclusion:①dredging governer vessels and regulating mind acupuncture,acupuncture method can effectively improve the sleeping quality of Stroke patientwhich extent great importance for treating and recovering of Stroke patient prognosis.②dredging governer vessels and regulating mind acupuncture, acupuncture canimprove the Nerve function damage of post-storke patient evidently, also canimprove the ability of daily life、sleep quality and mental status.③Dredging governer vessels and regulating mind cupuncture treatment havesignificant clinical efficacy on sleep disorders, which indicating Treatment ofpost-stroke insomnia on the basis of Governor Vessel is an important ideas andmethods.
