| Objective: Through Jiegu Capsule on femoral intertrochanteric fracture(Intertrochanteric fracture, IFF) to observe the clinical curative effect ofhealing, evaluation of Jiegu capsule for treatment of intertrochantericfracture, and bone capsule in treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femurand provide experimental basis.Method： Select68cases of intertrochanteric fracture type (Ia to Ic)patients, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, the Jiegucapsule group of34cases and control group, the Guyuling capsule group of34cases. Selected two groups of patients should satisfy: have a similar course,surgical treatment method, statistical characteristics and regular check, etc.The above two groups all use oral drug therapy, the treatment group oral bonecapsule treatment, control group oral capsule treatment, the more bone spiritrespectively in2weeks,4weeks and8weeks after treatment curative effectevaluation, the evaluation indicators include:1, semeiology assessment,including the pain-relieving effect evaluation and traumatic hip jointfunction score (see table1).2, serological detection, including the alkalinephosphatase (AKP), parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitonin (CT), serum calcium(Ca), serum phosphorus (P), serum magnesium (Mg), and other data detection;3, radiographic evaluation, including fracture healing X-ray score (see table4), and quantitative indicators of the few observation after treatment betweenbefore and after the treatment group and the statistical analysis.Result：1. The treatment group and control group two groups of patientswere treated after8weeks system, in the two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms after treatment to different degrees of improvement, and within thegroup comparison, the two groups after treatment in patients with traumatichip function in the pain-relieving effect evaluation and grading on has thevery big improvement, traumatic hip joint function score pain-relievingeffect and have obvious difference (P <0.05), indicating that the two groupsof drug in improving the basic daily life ability and the clinical symptoms have better curative effect.2. When the serological detection, mostobservation indexes changed significantly, has obvious difference (P <0.05),fully showing that the two groups before and after the drug in the treatmentof fracture healing and so on all play a different degrees of improvement.3. In radiographic assessment, the healing of fracture line imaging changeobvious difference (P <0.05), which means the two drugs is not only improvethe patient’s clinical symptoms, but also can improve the imaging findingsof fracture line.2. On the comparison between treatment group and control group, theclinical curative effect of Jiegu capsule group and Guyuling capsule groupwas statistically difference (P <0.05), Jiegu capsule group to improve basicability and the clinical symptoms of patients daily life is better than themore Guyuling capsule group. In our experiment, we found that the serologicalindexes on the detection of Jiegu capsule group and Guyuling capsule groupmost of the subprojects statistically significant (P <0.05), indicatingfactors influencing fracture Jiegu capsule of hormone and ion ability isbetter than that of the more Guyuling capsule. In imaging findings, two groupsof patients in the treatment of fracture line healing imaging changes afterstatistically significant (P <0.05). Imaging findings of Jiegu capsule groupchange line fracture healing the Guyuling capsule group is superior to thebone.Conclusion:(1) Jiegu capsule treatment of intertrochanteric fracture toimprove everyday life’s basic ability and the clinical symptoms of theGuyuling capsule is superior to the bone.(2) Jiegu Capsule to promote bonefracture healing ability is better than that of the more bone ling capsule. |
