In microplate reader (λ=570nm) for its absorbance, in MTT for the inhibitory rate of cells and flow cytometry for the cell apoptosis rate. Its value as mean±standard deviation,The results to repeated measure twice,which by the two researchers.[Results] With the extension of time and the increase of concentration:The absorbance value decreases significantly of T24cells, between of the obvious difference,which was statistically significant (P<0.05). its inhibition rate gradually increased in8umol/L,inhibition rate close to50%in16u mol/L and in32umol/L of the vlue up to70%or more, between of the obvious difference, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). With different concentrations and time points.which the apoptosis rate increase of each gradient T24and it’s up to60%or more, between of the obvious difference,which was statistically significant (P<0.05).To prove has a significant concentration-effect with time-effect relationship acting on T24cells by oridonin.[Conclusion] Induce apoptosis of T24in oridonin and its has significant anti-tumor effect.
