And50cases of the common type2diabetes mellitus as taken as control group. Results:1、Young and middle-aged patients with Ketosis-prone diabetes with an average age of41years old,63.4%are overweight or obese patients, male more than female obviously, male/female was1.9:1,more were lipid disorders, most could be discontinued insulin;2、Compared with type2diabetes, young and middle-aged patients with Ketosis-prone diabetes were many similar clinical features and pathophysiological characteristics;3、Ketosis antibody negative than positive group, family history, hypertension history, body mass index, islet function has significant difference; after Six months islet function was significantly better than the positive group, and significantly higher proportion of the Clinical remission and discontinued insulin;4、In Antibody negative, obese compared with not obese group, body mass index, hypertension history, family history has significant differences; after Six months islet function significantly better than not obesity group, the blood sugar level drops more apparent, higher clinical level and discontinued insulin;5、In antibody negative,B+compared with B-group, body mass index, triglyceride levels, fasting C peptide levels had significant difference; after six months islet function significantly better than group B-Better blood glucose control, higher clinical remission and discontinued insulin. Conclusions:Young and middle-aged patients with Ketosis-prone diabetes were mostly male obese patients, Combined with blood lipid disorder,, most after short-term insulin treatment could convert oral drugs, or even clinical remission, clinical features and prognosis similar with type2diabetes, most of them can be classified as type2diabetes.
