Objective:Non-vascular dementia cognitive impairment(VCIND) patients in this study. To cluster needling of scalp point andcognitive training for the methods of the treatment, Watch this two methods for cognitive function and activities of daily living (IADL) in patients VCIND impact. Methods:The clinical study included91cases of VCIND patients,The all camefrom the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang U-niversity of Chinese medicine and Rehabilitation clinics and wards, which shed one case. Randomly divided into cluster needing of scalp point combined with cognitive training group (acupuncture and reha-bilitation group), the rehabilitation group, cluster needing of scalp point group, with30cases in each group. Acupuncture and rehabilita-tion group received cluster needling of scalp point combined with c-ognitive training, rehabilitation group received cognitive training,c-luster needing of scalp point group received cluster needling of sca-calp point treatment, Three groups were8weeks of treatment cycles. Research in the assessment of cognitive function differences between the three groups amount of observation and treatment of cognitive m-ontreal. Observing differences of IADL with the social function que-estionnaire between the three groups after treatment.Results:1. The three groups before and after treatment MoCA total scores were significantly different (p<0.05);among the three groups of pai-ents after treatment group:rehabilitation group, the MoCA total sco-re of cluster needing of scalp point group,acu-puncture and rehabil-itation group were significantly different(p<0.05),Nosignificant dif-ference (p>0.05) between rehabilitation group and cluster needing of scalp point group;2.Comparing the each score before and after the MoCA:in the acupuncture and rehabilitation group, Visuospatial and executive a-bility, attention, language, disorientation, there are significant diff-erences in latency (p<0.05) after treatment of memories; in the reha-bilitation group, Visuospatal and executive ability, attention,disorie-ntation,there was a significant difference (p<0.05);in the cluster ne-eding of scalp point group, Visuospatial and executive ability,attent-ion, delayed recall before and after the treatment, language has dire-cted a significant difference (p<0.05).3. The three groups before and after treatment FAQ total scores were significantly different (p<0.05); among the three groups of pa-tients after treatment group:rehabilitation group, the FAQ total score of cluster needing of scalp point group, acupuncture and rehabilitat-ation group were significantly different (p<0.05), No significant di-fference (p>0.05) between rehabilitation group and cluster needing of scalp point group;Conclusions:1.cluster needing of scalp point method, cognitive training method, cluster needing of scalp point combined with cognitive trai-ning method three treatment methods can improve cognitive function in patientsVCIND, cluster needling of scalp point combinedcognitive training method with good cognitive function method in cluster nee-dling of scalp and cognitive training method.2.cluster needing of scalp point method, cognitive training method, cluster needing of scalp point combined with cognitive trai-ning method three treatment methods can improve ADL in patients VCIND, cluster needling of scalp point combined cognitive training method with good cognitive function method in cluster needling of scalp and cognitive training method.
