Clincal Observation On The Effects Of Motion Disturbance Of Traumatic Brain Injury With Cluster Needling Of Scalp Pointt Combined With Rehabilitation Teehnique

Objective To explore the effectiveness of cluster needings of scalp point combined with rehabilitation to Traumatic Brain Injury patients' motion disturbance.Method Nerve function assessment, Fugl-meyer, Bathel and clinical effect assessment is used to assess the motion function,Glasgow outcome sale and daily living ability of rehabilitation group and cluster needling of scalp point group combined with rehabilitation group.Results 1.The clinical observation shows that there is a significant difference between before and after treatment in each group (P<0.01),the motion function and daily living activeness of the cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation group patients is more superior to rehabilitation group patients (P<0.05).2.The Glasgow Outcome Sale,clinical effect assessment of the cluster needling of scalp point combined rehabilitation group is better rehabilitation group (P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The cluster needings of scalp point combined with rehabilitation is effective treatment to traumatic brain injury patients' treatment effectiveness, its effect is better than rehabilitation.2.The cluster needings of scalp point combined with rehabilitation improve traumatic brain injury patients'motion function effectively.3.The cluster needings of scalp point combined with rehabilitation improve the daily living ability with traumatic brain injury patients effectively.
