Objectives: Through the questionnaire survey in Hebei province twocity4~7years old children’s parents,children born in the age factors,familyenvironment,education environment and etc.,explore the effect of children’sgrowth environment ability on sensory integration disorder and the formationof temperament,study on the relationship between children sensory integrationability and temperament,for the protection of children’s physical and mentalhealth,and provide a theoretical basis for early prevention for children withsensory integrative dysfunction.Methods: This study adopts "3~7years old children’s TemperamentQuestionnaire","child integration scale","factors questionnaire".Influencefactors include the basic situation of parents, children’s gender, age, growthenvironment, education environment etc, these factors and children’stemperament and sensory integration ability by correlation analysis.Thedatabase was established by Epidata3.1software, data analysis usingSPSS13.0statistical software. Statistical methods including descriptivestatistical analysis, normality test, analysis of variance, t test,to children’stemperament factors by single factor chi-square test, multiple linear stepwiseregression analysis, factors affecting sensory integration ability by singlefactor chi-square test and two Logistic regression analysis.Results:1The results of this study show, distribution of temperamental types:fastidious accounted for9.26%, easy accounted for36.47%, slow startupaccounted for7.16%, intermediate type accounted for46.76%. Analysis of theinfluence of age on display dimensions of temperament: the children ofdifferent ages have different in activity levels, response strength, emotionessence, adhere to the four dimension, and the difference had statistical significance, thus, children age correlates with the temperament dimensions.Comparative analysis of various dimensions of different gender childrentemperament show: boys and girls in the activity level, adherence, thresholdscore is different, and the difference has statistical significance, therefore,children gender is also one of the factors of temperament dimensions.2The three main types of temperament of children difficult to raise type,easy to affect nutrient type and slow startup type univariate analysis found,parental education, children’s feeding, parent-child relationship, familyatmosphere, parents and children communication, these factors andtemperament type distribution has statistical significance(P<0.05), and nostatistically significant mode of delivery, maternal age, family structure,beating and scolding children with different temperament types (P>0.05); theinfluence factors on the temperament characteristics of children with multiplelinear stepwise regression found, parents education, maternal age, familyatmosphere, family structure, parents and children to communicate, beat andscold the child with children temperament characteristics have significantcorrelation (P<0.05).3The survey research shows, gender, age, and there was no significantdifference on sensory integrative ability. Four types have no differences in thesensory integration disorder, occurrence of sensory integration in light as themain type of occurrence. In the aspect of learning disorders, vestibular balancethe difference has statistical significance by gender imbalance caused by theboys was higher than girls.4In this study, the survey of sensory integration ability of a total of359people, the number of sensory integration dysfunction is148, disorders was41.23%, including mild disorder111people, the incidence was30.92%,severe disorders of37people, the incidence was10.31%.5Sensory integration ability of normal group and disorder group ofchildren after inspection t analysis found: at the activity level, law, health,fitness, reaction intensity, emotion essence, attention was statistically significant dispersion of the scores of7dimensions, on the degree and thethreshold is not statistically significant.6The occurrence of sensory integration dysfunction in children haverelated with factors which are mode of delivery, birth family structure,parent-child relationship, family atmosphere, communication, beat and scoldthe child;and Sid associated variables are: parent child relationship(OR=1.69,95%CI:1.76~2.38), the family atmosphere (OR=1.74,95%CI:1.87~3.45), beat and scold the child(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.91~2.42).7Fastidious and slow start children more susceptible to Sid.Conclusions:1Preschool children sensory integration dysfunction has nothing to dowith age, sex.2Sensory integration dysfunction had no significant difference each type.Sensory integration dysfunction in mild disorders, in the vestibulardysfunction, lack of learning ability, boy was higher than girl, tactiledefensiveness and sense of identity gender had no significant difference.3The occurrence of sensory integration dysfunction in children haverelated with factors which are mode of delivery, birth family structure,parent-child relationship, family atmosphere, communication, beat and scoldthe child. For children, parent-child relationship intimacy, family atmospherepleasant, easy for a child’s education, not beaten, to speak the truth, goodfamily environment for the growth of the atmosphere, all of which can beeffective prevention of occurrence of sensory integration dysfunction inchildren.4Types of temperament of preschool children irrelevant with age, gender,but they relevant with the score of temperament dimensions.5Temperament is affected by genetic factors, but also the influence ofthe factors of social environment, children’s temperament is the result of manyfactors; the results of this study show: the parents education level, maternalage, family atmosphere, family structure, parents and children to communicate, beat and scold the child with form the temperament characteristic of childrenhas the obvious correlation.6Fastidious and slow start children more susceptible to Sid. |
