The Investigation On Stats Of Community Rehabilitation Community-based Rehabilitation Of Stroke Patients In Fuzhou City

Part1Objective:By investigate the basic situation rehabilitation resource of human, material and financial for the community health service centers of Fuzhou,we discussed the community rehabilitation condition and questions to give some suggestions for promoting the overall development of Fuzhou city community rehabilitation.Methods:This study used stratified sampling method,9community health service center were sampled from31community health service centers in Fuzhou.The heads、financial personnel and rehabilitation work personnel were as the research objects in the9community health service center,using the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation method,The original data were analyzed the linear correlation analysis and dynamic series of original data using SPSS software.Results:The outpatient of the community rehabilitation among from2010to2012years were expanding in the Fuzhou city.Traditional rehabilitation was the most commonly used types of services;The use of modern rehabilitation equipment rate was<20%;the use of traditional rehabilitation equipment rate of each community health service center was from20%to80%; the main types of rehabilitation treatment disease was the spine related diseases in the community. Community service center equipped with rehabilitation therapists and rehabilitation nurse; professional rehabilitation physicians in acupuncture and massage was the most professional and no professional was rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation science.Rehabilitation physicians part-time rehabilitation physicians accounted for the proportion of the total proportion of33.3%. From2010to2012community health service center rehabilitation income showed a trend of increasing year by year, and rehabilitation physicians wages were also increasing year by year.Conclusion: The outpatient amount for Fuzhou city community rehabilitation were expanding. Community health service center for rehabilitation investment was also increasing year by year, but there were also the hospitals and communities referral good not fully realize; the rehabilitation professional background professional talent introduced difficult; technical force was weak, community rehabilitation service network was not perfect. Part2Objective: By investigating the dysfunction, daily life ability, status, home furnishing reconstruction rehabilitation and the cause of no receiving community rehabilitation of hospital discharge strokes in the Fuzhou city,we preliminary explored the present status of Fuzhou city community rehabilitation of stroke patients,providing suggestions for the community rehabilitation of stroke.Methods:The investigation was carried out on440Fuzhou discharge stroke using Barthel scale and the made " the basic information collection table of the stroke patients" and the made"community rehabilitation evaluation form of the stroke patients"to evaluate the dysfunction, daily life ability, status, home furnishing reconstruction rehabilitation and the cause of no receiving community rehabilitation of hospital discharge strokes in the Fuzhou. Results:440stroke patients were discharged.63.2%patients remained different degrees of dysfunction, and received community rehabilitation only5.5%of the patients.75.5%were daily Full self-care;20.9%were mild dysfunction;3.9%were moderate disability;2.0%were severe disability by BI.41.1%of stroke patients discharged from hospital were movement function barrier,28.2%balance dysfunction,18.6%had a speech impairment,15.9%had dysphagia,6.4%stroke patients of home Furnishing environment were improved;47%stroke patients had received rehabilitation services;41.5%patients had received rehabilitation hospital;5.5%patients had received community rehabilitation.The traditional rehabilitation therapy occupied the leading position in community rehabilitation.Conclusion:Discharge patients with stroke in Fuzhou city still need further community rehabilitation. We should improve the trust of residents for community rehabilitation medical level, enlarge the community rehabilitation propaganda, promoted residents1awareness of the rehabilitation and extend reconstruction of the home furnishing environment.
