| Medical assistance，as an important part of our health care system, has played animportant role in safeguarding in solving the difficult problem of poor patients formedical treatment. Since the reform and opening up, we has made an excellentdevelopment in some medical assistance, especially in finding a better way to solutemedical problems of the rural poor. With the rapid development of economy, China’smedical relief work entered a rapid development stage, kinds of assistance systemsgradually improved, the scope of Assistance range include (city residents, the town "threenoes",rural "five guarantees", severe disability, poor mental patients, etc.) with thesubsidies gradually expanding and improving. However, under the current system ofmedical aid, Our current situation is still not perfect, most of the social difficulties stilldrifted outside of the rescue groups. Their medical problems of the basic security is still abig problem, especially in terms of catastrophic medical assistance, lots of illness peoplecannot burden on health care costs and lack of proper treatment. Thus it is necessary totake strong policy measures to improve China’s serious medical aid system. Throughquestionnaires and other forms, I try to find the reasons for the existence of inadequatemedical care aspects of internal illness, Shandong Province, which made solutions andmethods suitable for the province in order to making the "medical services" goal.Through a combination of theory and practice, I try to study the internal ShandongProvince in terms of serious medical problems of relief, and explore solutions. Usingempirical analysis summarized Shandong Province of serious medical problems of reliefin the internal aspects, and put forward feasible countermeasures and policyrecommendations on this basis. Hoping to plug the loopholes and shortcomings ofcatastrophic medical assistance existed.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the first part of that article. This chapter introduces the numerousproblems and status of the province of serious medical relief work appearing. After anoverview of the medical aid system and the selection of models, I try to propose model for medical assistance exploration and research. For the current residents of the"livelihood issues" highly concerned, our aim is matching the medical needs of theresidents and achieving proper treatment. By reviewing the relevant literature domesticand abroad, the international medical aid on the relevant definition, classification reliefand rescue mode selection I try to find my own way to solve this problem. Afterunderstand that the combination of domestic research scholars of currently ill medical aidconcepts, rescue mode, the province medical assistance, I try to raise some methods andpractical ideas to solve the problem.The second part of the article is the second chapter, this part made a detaileddefinition of the poverty, social assistance, medical assistance illness, specific relief toproviding a theoretical basis and support for the research and the necessity of this article.The third section contains the third, fourth and fifth chapters, the main part of thispaper is to study. The third chapter shows an empirical analysis, using AHP model for theprovince catastrophic medical assistance correlation between the presence and extent ofthe impact study to demonstrate the impact of factors. In the fourth chapter I conclude theprovince has serious medical problems in aid. After further analyzing of specific reasons,the final results of medical aid low has come to the face. The fifth chapter, researchon illness status, medical aid, reason, aiming at the practical problems existing inthe medical treatment of a serious illness salvage I attempt to propose solutionsand feasible method.The fourth part is the sixth chapter of the paper. By the previous part of theanalysis, We make an comprehensive conclude and try to put forward the futuredevelopment direction of medical assistance system in our province. |
