Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Medical Assistance System In Huaiyin District Of Huai’an City

In recent years,China’s comprehensive deepening reform has been continuously promoted,medical security has made great progress,but also exposed a lot of problems.Huaiyin District of Huai’an City,as a pilot county of Jiangsu Province to "establish a long-term mechanism to solve relative poverty",needs to further explore the urban and rural medical assistance work to make it play a greater role.This thesis aims to sort out the problems existing in the current medical assistance system in Huaiyin District,analyze the causes of the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.It is found that there are four problems in the medical assistance system of Huaiyin District.Firstly,the income and expenditure of medical assistance fund is unstable;Secondly,the relief objects are limited and the masses have a low level of understanding;Thirdly,the supervision of medical assistance fund is insufficient;Finally,there is a shortage of medical assistance professionals.It is found that the causes of these problems lie in the imperfect financing mechanism of medical assistance fund,the inadequacy of medical assistance policy,the weakness of medical assistance fund management and the lack of systematic professional knowledge training Explore the establishment of a broader medical assistance system,strengthen the construction of medical assistance fund management system,and build a professional team of medical assistance business,so as to better carry the banner of medical assistance and ensure that the masses can get more adequate medical security services.
