The Clinical Observation Of Treating Ulcerative Colitis Which Belongs To The Dampness Stagnancy Due To Spleen Deficency Type By Jiuxiening Granula

Objective:The study is providing clinical and theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease by observing the clinical efficency and adverse reaction of Jiuxiening Granula used to treat Ulcerative Colitis which belongs to the Dampness Stagnancy due to Spleen Deficency Type.Methods:60eligible patients were randomly divided into trial group in30cases,and control group in30cases.The cases of trial group were gave Jiuxiening Granula and the cases of control group were treated with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets.The two groups were maintained3months of treatment,then the clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome curative effect,improvement of symptoms and adverse reaction were compared.Results: In the clinical efficacy,there were2cases with marked effect,18cases that were effective and10cases with no-effect of all cases in trial group and there were4cases with marked effect,18cases that were effective and8cases with no-effect of all cases in control group.There was no significant difference between trial group and control group(P>0.05). In TCM syndrome curative effect,there were3cases that were cured,9cases with marked effect,14cases that were effective and4cases with no-effect of all cases in trial group and there were3cases that were cured,4cases with marked effect,15cases that were effective and9cases with no-effect of all cases in control group.There was no significant difference between trial group and control group(P>0.05). In the improvement of symptoms, there was no significant difference in improving diarrhea,blood and pus,bloating between trial group and control group(P>0.05). But there was statistically significant difference in improving pain,physical fatigue,Shenpi lazy words between two groups(P<0.05).In terms of security, there was no obvious abnormalities of two groups in the blood routine test,urine examination,feces examination,heart function test,liver function test and renal function test before and after treatment.One patient of control group had megrim. There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Jiuxiening Granula was used to treat Ulcerative Colitis which belongs to the Dampness Stagnancy due to Spleen Deficency Type, improving diarrhea,blood and pus, pain,bloating, physical fatigue.It had an exact effect, safety and avirulent subtance.
