Clinical Research On Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periartnrltis By Wrist-ankle Acupuncture And Sling Exercise Therapy

Objective: Observe curative effect on treating periarthritis of shoulder by wrist-ankle acupuncture and SET(sling exercise therapy),evaluate the influence on treatment and prognosis of scapulohumeral periarthritis through enhance core stability by sling exercise therapy.Methods:60patients met diagnostic criteria of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group. The trial group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture and SET while the control group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture only(functional exercise after going home). Then make the functional assessment in shoulder point of the two groups before and after treatment,including the scale of shoulder function,isokinetic myodynamia testing, VAS pain score, ADL.Results:(1) Among the30cases of the trial group, there are11cured cases,12significant effect cases,6effective cases,1invalid cases, which of the total effective rate is96.7%; among the30cases of control group:there are5cured cases of,8significant effect cases,13effective cases,4invalid cases, which of the total effective rate is86.7%, and the total effective rate of the two groups is significantly different (P<0.05) after statistical analysis and it shows the trial group than the control group on the clinical efficacy.(2) After treatment, the scale of shoulder function, isokinetic myodynamia testing, VAS pain score, ADL degree of the trial group is better than the control group, which has a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Treating periarthritis have a significant effect by wrist-ankle acupuncture and SET, and it can improve the cure rate, ease pain and improving joint function activities.2.1t can improve the core stability of shoulder point by sling exercise therapy.
