Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder By "Shujin Tongluo" Massage With Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of periarthritis of shoulder treated by“Shujin Tongluo”massage with Wrist ankle acupuncture therapy and its mechanism byclinical research. Methods: This subject selected90patients with periarthritis of shoulderwere randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group, the massage group and theWrist ankle acupuncture group. Each group contained30cases. At the end of the treatment,each group was compared by observing the score changes of their pain, symptoms,physical signs, mobility of the shoulder joint，before and after the treatment to evaluateefficacy. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was100﹪,while themassage group was93.3﹪and the Wrist ankle acupuncture group was90﹪, there was nosignificant difference between three groups（P>0.05）.The cure rate of the treatmentgroup was43.75﹪，while the massage group was16.3﹪and the Wrist ankle acupuncturegroup was13.3﹪,there was significant difference between three groups（P＜0.05）.After the treatment, the aspects of alleviating pain and improving the function of shoulderjoint also has statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:“Shujin Tongluo”massage withWrist ankle acupuncture therapy has notable curative effect on periarthritis of shoulder,and the pain is small, is easy to be accepted by patients, worthy of promotion.
