Objective: The purpose of this topic is to explore the clinical study of stagnation needle therapy combined with water needle therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness type.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of stagnation needle therapy combined with water needle therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness type,and to explore a new effective method for treatment of the disease.Methods:In this clinical study,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1 ratio,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Zhongtui Patent Sticking Needle,while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The therapeutic effects of two groups on scapulohumeral periarthritis was compared.The monitoring time was two courses.Possible adverse reactions in moniroring tests should be handled promptly and recorded at any time.After the experiment,the curative effect was determined and followed up for 30 days.Results:1.The total curative effect comparison: The treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%,better than 76.67% of the control group(P<0.05).2.comparing the main symptoms,signs:two way within and between groups after treatment compared before and after the treatment,all had significant difference(all P<0.05).3.Safety evaluation:two groups had no adverse events.The vital signs,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney had no difference before and after the treatment.4.Compare the recurrence rate: treatment group total recurrence rate was 10.00%,better than 30.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical study of stagnation needle therapy combined with water needle therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness type have high efficient,exact curative effect.2.The stagnation needle therapy combined with water needle therapy in the treatment can obviously improve the TCM syndrome,the main symptoms,signs and the shoulder range of motion 3.The stagnation needle therapy combined with water needle therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis ofwind-cold-dampness type is safe and without adverse reaction. |
