The Curative Effect Observation And Influence Study On Blood IgE IL-4of Shenlingbaizhusan Join Tongqiaotang In Treating Spleen Qi Weakness Type Of Syndrome Allergic Rhinitis

Objectives:Subject to tonifying spleen Qi and Tongqiao as the entry point, observed clinical effects Shenlingbaizhusan join tongqiaotang for the treatment of allergic rhinitis spleen weak, and evaluation of its safety. And to explore its mechanism of action, see the Shenlingbaizhusan join tongqiaotang efficacy of the treatment of AR and observe level changes of serum IgE and IL-4, to disease-oriented medical treatment, molecular biology and the immunological mechanism of accumulation of a certain material.Methods:This topic will collect the cases divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table. The treatment group have31patients, it will give Shenlingbaizhusan and tongqiaotang to be decocted in water for oral dose one hour after a meal。A daily dose and three times a day,every time120ml. Control group have29patients,it take Desloratadine dispersible tablets orally, each5mg daily before bedtime. Two groups massage the acupuncture points (Ying Xiang) for two weeks at the same time. The two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, signs, and adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the course of treatment. Their statistical processing and analysis of treatment outcome data obtained using SPSS17.0software.Results:Statistically, the two groups of patients after treatment, compare the various total marks of observation target, the abdominal fullness integral P<0.05, significant difference; remaining symptoms, signs integral P>0.05, no statistical difference. Showed that the treatment group improved abdominal fullness symptoms than the control group, while the two groups in the improvement of other symptoms, signs efficacy.Two groups medicine can reduce the level of IgE and IL-4. Total effective rate (73.34percent of the treatment group, the control group,81.44%),(P>0.05) different clinical efficacy,but not statistically significant. We can reach a conclusion that clinical curative effect is consistent of two groups. Conclusion:Concluded that shenlingbaizhusan join tongqiaotang and match up chirismus yingxiang acupuncture points has tonifying the spleen qi and tongqiao of efficacy, and has a good effect on perennial allergic rhinitis, can better control the patient’s clinical symptoms,and has the same effect of clinical curative effect is consistent of two groups.It can reduce the level in serum of IgE and IL-4, is worthy of attention and further study.
