Objective:In colorectal surgery, the laparoscopic had been widely recognized in clinic. There were a close relationship between the laparoscopic minimallyinvasive and its good treatment effect. The postoperative recovery wasfaster, because of the light stress reaction of minimally invasive and lesspostoperative immune mechanisms. This project aims to study thediversification stress reaction of the patients with colorectal cancer fordifferent laparoscopic surgery time. Methods:The objects were35patients with colorectal cancer,15patients of themwere given laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,20patients of themwere given conventional open surgery. According to the operation time, thepatients with laparoscopic surgery were divided into four groups, they wereLC>2group (surgery time was greater than2hours),1<LC<2group(surgery time was between1and2hours), LC<1group (surgery time wasless than1hour), LC<2group (surgery time was less than2hours). Thepatients with conventional open surgery was the OC<2group. There were5cases whose surgery time was greater than2hours (LC>2group), there were6patients whose surgery time was between1and2hours (1<LC<2group),there were4patients whose surgery time was less than1hour (LC<1group),there were10patients whose surgery time was less than2hours (LC<2group). The operation time was less than2hours for the patients with opensurgery (OC<2group). The differences of nitric oxide and Interleukin-6,endothelin and c-reactive protein were compared respectively, in1<LC<2group and LC<1group, LC<2group and LC>2group, LC<2group and OC<2 group, LC>2group and OC<2group.Results:1. Endothelin: There were no significantly differences in1<LC<2group andLC<1group, LC<2group and LC>2group, LC<2group and OC<2group,LC>2group and OC<2group (P>0.05);2. Nitric oxide: There were nosignificantly differences in1<LC<2group and LC<1group, LC>2group andOC<2group (P>0.05), There were no significantly differences for1,3and5days after the surgery in LC<2group and LC>2group, LC<2group andOC<2group (P>0.05), the second day after the surgery was significant(P<0.05);3.C-protein:1<LC<2group and LC<1group(P>0.05), there wereno significantly differences at the end of surgery for LC<2group andLC>2group, LC<2group and OC<2group, LC>2group and OC<2group(P>0.05), There were significantly differences for1,2,3and5days after thesurgery (P<0.05);4. Interleukin-6:1<LC<2group and LC<1group(P>0.05),There were significantly differences for1,2,3and5days after the surgeryfor LC<2group and LC>2group, LC<2group and OC<2group, LC>2groupand OC<2group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The relationship between the degree of stress response caused bylaparoscopic surgery and surgical time was close. When laparoscopicsurgery time was lower than2H, the degree of stress response was less thanopen surgery; When laparoscopic surgery was greater than2H, the degree ofstress response was still less than open surgery, it was markedly elevatedthan the less than patients within2H.
