| Objective: In recent years, minimally invasive surgery has developed rapidly.Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery, natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has no auxiliary incision in the abdomen. It has excellent aesthetics and minimizes pain caused by abdominal wall incisions, but its feasibility and safety need further research. Methods: A retrospective study was performed by collecting the clinical data of patients who diagnosed with colorectal cancer and were operated for traditional laparoscopic surgery(traditional laparoscopic surgery group)and NOSES(NOSES group)from February 2019 to December 2019 in the Second Department of General Surgery of Hebei Medical University Fourth Hospital. The t-test,chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test were used to analyze the differences in related indexes between patients receiving these two different surgical procedures during and after surgery. Results: In terms of average total hospital cost, average postoperative hospitalization length, average operation time, average number of detected lymph nodes, postoperative complications such as anastomotic leakage, anastomotic bleeding, abdominal infection, lung infection, incision liquefaction and infection, intestinal obstruction, and cardiac insufficiency,The difference of the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusions: Compared with traditional laparoscopy,NOSES does not increase postoperative complications, the length of hospital stay and total cost, and has no auxiliary incision in the abdomen with good aesthetic effect.NOSES is worth further application and promotion. |
