The Influence Of Erzhi Tiangui Granules On The IVF Cycle Endometiral Galectin-3and T Lymphocyte

Objective: To research the influence of Erzhi Tiangui Granules on the IVF(in vitrofertilization) cycle endometrial Galectin-3and T lymphocyte, and explore the mechanismof Tranditional Chinese Medcine(TCM)in improving endometrial receptivity in IVF.Methods:62infertile women undergoing In vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group, pretreatmented with2cycles’ ETG of and then unite treatmented with gonadotropin (Gn)(31cases);controlgroup，pretreatmented with2cycles’ Placebo granules and then unite treatmented with Gn(31cases). In the second pretreatmented period of about21days(namely the implantationwindow), with the consent of patients, we suck up a little of endometrial tissue, then testGalectin-3and T lymphocyte expression with the immunohistochemical method.Thenevaluate the syndrome points of TCM，thickness and type of endometrium on the day ofHCG injectionoreover,clinical pregnancy rates were compared between these two groups.Results:(1)There were statistical significance between treatment group and controlgroup（P<0.05）（;2）The endometrial thickness and endometrial volume of treatment groupon HCG day were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）,endometrial type A had been greatly improved, the difference between the two groups wassignifican（tP<0.05）（;3）Clinical pregnancy rates of treatment group were also significantlyhigher than those in the control group（P<0.05）;(4) Both in treatment group and controlgroup endometrial Galectin-3express, but the expression of treatment group aresignificantly enhanced than the control group, comparative differences are significant (P <0.05)(5) Endometrial T lymphocytes of both groups express, but the expression oftreatment group are significantly reduced than control group,, comparative differences are significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine of Erzhi TianGui granules improve theclinical pregnancy rate through the effort of improving endometrial receptive. Its curativeeffect mechanism may be related to the improvement of Galectin-3expression and thedecrease of T lymphocyte expression. From the perspective of the immune，Galectin3andT lymphocyte from the endometrium further confirmed the traditional medicine theory ofkidney main cell.
