Objective:To explore the distribution characters of inhaled allergen in Chong qing area and to provide references for preventing allergic diseases. Methods:All cases were collected from the Childrens Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from May2005to December2009.13841children with allergic diseases underwent skin prick test(SPT). The distribution characters were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:1. The results of13841cases skin prick testThe total positive rate of allergen was80.3%, of the total, Dermatophagoides farinae (Der f) was the highest (67.6%), then followed by Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p)(67.5%) and Blomia tropicalis (42.8%)2. The results of hierarchial cluster analysis Take the average distance10for classification standards, the13categories sensibiligen could be divided into4clusters:Der p and Der f; Blomia troplis; Blatella germanica; the others.3. Comparison of positive rate of3dust mites among different yearsFrom May2005to December2009,the positive rate and positive degree of the3kinds of mites were stable and in2006, the positive rate was obviously higher.4. Comparison of positive rate among different age sectionDivided the patient into infant group (1to3years old), preschool group (4to6years old) and school age group (7to18years old). The positive rate ascended with the age increasing in mites(Der f, Der p,Blomia tropicalis), American cockroach, Blatella germanica,Cat hair and Dog dander, but Pollen I, Mycetes IV and Ragweed showed opposition tendency.5. Comparison of positive rate between boys and girlsOf the13categories sensibiligen, boys showed higher positive rate in Der f, Der p, Blomia tropicalis and Blatella germanica, but Pollen I Pollen IV, Mycetes I and Mycetes IV showed opposition tendency.Conclusion:1. Dermatophagoides farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Blomia tropicalis were the most prevalent allergens in Chongqing area in the past5years.2. The different age groups showed different reactions in SPT. 3. The clinical characters of Blomia troplis were different from Der p and Der f, and specific immune therapy that point to Blomia trop lis in Subtropical areas should be paid attention to.
