The Study Of Allergen Skin Prick Test Of Children With Bronchial Asthma In Zunyi City

Objective:To investigate the sensibiligen factors of asthma in children in Zunyi City,in order to offer objective evidence for the individual prevention and treatment for children with according to Skin prink test (SPT). Methods:300 Children with Bronchial asthma was admitted for SPT from June 2009 to April 2010 in Zunyi hospital,the reagent of SPT which contains 22 inhalant allergens reagent and 13 food allergens reagent supplied by Beijing Union Medical College Hospital. Results:There were 192 cases of boys and 108 cases of girls and the sex ratio is 1:0.56. There were 127 cases was positive of SPT to inhalant allergens in all cases, the main sensibiligen is the Dermatophagoides culinae(positive:67.72%), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(positive:63.78%) and mycetes(positive:60.63%). There were 78 cases was positive of SPT to food allergens in all cases, the main sensibiligen is the eggs(positive:(42.31%), milk(positive:(37.18%) and seafood(positive:(33.33%). There was no significant difference in age groups and in sex groups(P>0.05). There were 95 cases in the mixed group, who were sensitive to both inhalant allergens and food allergens. Of these, there were 59 cases of boys and 36 cases of girls and the sex rattio is about 1:0.61. And the main sensibiligen is Dust mites, mycetes, egg, sea food and milk. The positive rate of boys was higher than that of girls in the group of inhalant allergens. There was no significant difference in each age groups and in sex groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:The most common sensibilisinogen in asthmatic children in Zunyi City are Dermatophagoides culinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, mycete and egg, sea food, milk. There was no significant difference in each age groups and in each sex groups.
