Survey Of Inhaled Allergens Of Allergic Rhinitis In Yinchuan

Objective To get the major inhalation allergen types of allergic rhinitis in Yinchuan currently.Method Use the most common 13 kinds inhaled allergens to carry out the skin prick test on these 2000 people who were suspected with allergic rhinitis by the doctor of the Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery between 2008 and 2009 years. Grouping of the skin prick test-positive patients according to their ethnicity, gender and age. Comparison of these groups of patients to inhaled allergens positive rate differences. According to the patients visiting time, request the number of quarterly visits, then drawn curve in patients with treatment time to get the main inhaled allergens quarterly .Result In these 2000 patients, 1346 cases of patients with a positive result, the total positive rate was 67.30%.The skin prick test-positive rate of the Hui ethnic is 0.0077‰less than the Han ethnic positive rate of 0.011‰. The most common 13 kinds of inhaled allergens skin prick test-positive rate was as follows: Mugwort 53.25%,Dust mites 51.10%,House dust mites 49.10%, ragweed 45.70%,Tropical mites 43.15%, Dog hair 19.20%, Cat hair 16.05%,American cockroach 12.10%,German cockroach 11.25%, Grass pollen 9.15%, Tree pollen 7.10%, Mold groupⅠ6.10%, Mold groupⅣ5.05%.The positive rate of the skin prick test between Hui and Han ethnic in Yinchuan area was no statistical significance; In Yinchuan ,the positive rate of the skin prick test In different gender was no statistical significance; The positive rate of the Dust mites, Ragweed , Mold groupⅠand the German cockroach between the young adult and the adult has statistical significance; In the autumn of 2008 and 2009 years ,the visiting patients reach to a peak of the year ;The Dust mites allergen skin prick test-positive rate was the highest in the spring and summer,while in the autumn and winter ,the Mugwort allergen skin prick test-positive rate was the highest.Conclusion In Yinchuan,the skin prick test positive rate of these people who were suspected with allergic rhinitis was 67.30%; The most common 13 kinds of inhaled allergens skin prick test-positive rate was as follows: Mugwort 53.25%,Dust mites 51.10%,House dust mites 49.10%, Ragweed 45.70%,Tropical mites 43.15%, Dog hair 19.20%, Cat hair 16.05%,American cockroach 12.10% German cockroach 11.25%, Grass pollen 9.15%, Tree pollen 7.10%, Mold groupⅠ6.10%, Mold groupⅣ5.05%. Initial guess of Yinchuan Hui ethnic people allergic rhinitis attack rate is lower than the Han ethnic people;In Yinchuan the most common inhaled allergens skin prick test-positive rate has nothing to do with ethnicity ,while it has a relationship with the age, Young adult patients with allergic rhinitis were more likely to be sensitized than the Adult patients by the Dust mites, Ragweed , Mold groupⅠand the German cockroach ; In Yinchuan, the Dust mites allergen was the major inhalant allergens in the spring and summer,while in the autumn and winter ,the Mugwort allergen was the major inhalant allergens ; Autumn is the incidence of hay fever season in Yinchuan ,and it is also the doctor peak of allergic rhinitis in Yinchuan.
