Objective: In this study, the animal experiments, the use of dynamic observationlauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy combined electric coagulation closure rabbit venouspathology process of change, destruction of VEGF by immunohistochemical stainingrabbit vein endothelial cells and vascular regeneration is re-pass and so on. Observation, comparing the use of foam sclerotherapy lauromacrogol electric coagulationcombined effects of intravenous effects of closure and venous recanalization. Tolauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy and combined electric coagulation for treatment ofvaricose veins and provide experimental pathology.Method: Ordinary75healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, and then again by the time the specimens were randomly aliquots of each group of fiveteams, each five rabbits, good numbers. The different approaches to bilateral femoralvein in rabbits, A group trip lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy using1%concentrationlauromacrogol injection and air bubble hardener formulated1:4; group B electriccoagulation, cautery energy choice30~40W; group C joint use two methods, electriccoagulation after injection sclerotherapy. After processing the experimental rabbitswere each re-decile group1d,3d,7d,14d,3m in excess anesthesia were killed, rabbitfemoral vein and surrounding tissue as specimens were fixed in10%formalin,embedded in paraffin, VEGF routine HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.Light microscope: aseptic inflammation, the vascular wall endothelial injury anddamage to surrounding tissue, thrombosis, fibrosis, and venous recanalization;observed positive results for VEGF vascular endothelial cells and perivascularcytoplasmic staining a light yellow to brown, each slice random observation l0highpower fields (×400), statistics of each group each period the percentage of VEGF-positive cells (PP)-positive cells and staining intensity (SI), the immune response iscalculated integral (IRS=PP*SI). Each group varied each time the score usinganalysis of variance, q test. SPSS19.0software for statistical processing.Result: After1d, three groups were vascular endothelial cell damage, edema andvascular wall cells, platelet aggregation, thrombosis; severe tissue damage andperivascular coagulation group combined group, coagulation necrosis of fibroblasts, smooth muscle cell structure is unclear, sterile more severe inflammationlauromacrogol hardener; VEGF-positive cells immunoreactive points (IRS) shows nosignificant difference between the three groups (P>0.05). Postoperative3d,lauromacrogol hardener vascular endothelial cell damage, cell wall edema, asepticinflammatory response peaked coagulation group and the combination group comparedwith no significant change after1d; three groups of VEGF-positive cells were IRS low,and P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. After7d, the three groupsare part of the thrombus and wall adhesion, increased vessel wall damage, inflammatory cell infiltration; three IRS VEGF-positive cells increased, and P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. After14d,, three groups had thrombus, severely damaged vessel wall, contour shape unclear or disappeared relieveinflammation; three groups of VEGF-positive cells IRS continues to increase, and P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Postoperative3m, the closurevenous recanalization in the three groups, around the necrotic tissue absorption, theinflammation disappeared.Conclusion:1. Lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy, surgery or a combination of bothcoagulation can effectively vein occlusion in rabbits.2. Lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy, surgery or a combination of bothcoagulation in rabbits using a venous occlusive vascular endothelial cell regenerationare present phenomenon may occur vein recanalization.3. Lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy combined electric coagulationcompared using two methods alone does not increase nor decrease after occlusion of thevein endothelial cell proliferation and degree of recanalization.
